Touchless tire installation mounts and demounts tires without metal contact between the machine and the wheel. Traditional tire machines use a steel mounting head that presses against the rim, which is a common cause of new curb-rash-style damage on aftermarket and refinished wheels. Our touchless equipment uses rollers and clamps that never touch the cosmetic surface, protecting the finish.

No. Our process is TPMS-safe. Sensors are located before the bead is broken, and the demount path is set to clear the sensor stem entirely. After installation, the system is checked for proper signal. If a sensor is already failing on arrival, we will flag it before mounting so you can decide whether to replace it.

We can mount tires on wheels up to 26 inches in diameter, which is the capacity of our tire machine. There is no minimum size for passenger wheels. Widths from standard sedan sizes through wide aftermarket fitments are all supported. If you are not sure whether your setup fits, call (571) 400-1988 before bringing the wheels in.

Pricing varies by tire diameter and run-flat construction, so call for a quote or stop in with your tires during business hours.

A full set of four tires is typically mounted, balanced, and ready in 60 to 90 minutes. Single-tire installs are usually under 30 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours; calling ahead to schedule is recommended so your wheels go straight onto the machine, but it is not required. Every wheel is balanced to spec before it leaves the shop, so you should not feel any new vibration after installation.
